Refund policy

I am committed to delivering unique, handcrafted clothing and merch that brings art to life. I understand that sometimes a piece may not meet your expectations and I am here to ensure a seamless return process.

🕒 Return Period

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- Unworn and unwashed

- In original condition with all tags and packaging intact

- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, I'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

📦 Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact me: Reach out to endyvangshop@gmail.com or any of my socials.

2. Return Authorization: I will return to you with a return authorization and instructions.

3. Ship the Item: Return the item using a trackable shipping method to ensure it reaches me safely.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the return is due to my error.

🧵 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me immediately at endyvangshop@gmail.com. I will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

💳  Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact me at endyvangshop@gmail.com.
